Minnetonka Beach Office Cleaning has been serving office facilities along the Lake Minnetonka corridor for 22 years. Our service area covers the lakeshore communities from Orono and Wayzata north and west to Long Lake, and south to Excelsior and Shorewood.
We work with office managers, HR-facilities coordinators, and property management companies who need a cleaning contractor that shows up when scheduled, follows a written scope, and communicates when something changes. We do not market ourselves as a residential cleaning service that also takes office work. Commercial and office facilities are the whole of what we do.

Those situations are not unusual; they are routine, and our written scope process exists to address them before the first crew visit, not after the first complaint.
Written Scope on Every Contract
Before any contract starts, we conduct a walkthrough of the facility. The scope document that follows names the specific tasks, the floor types and cleaning methods, the products used or excluded, the access procedure, the schedule, and the inspection contact. You receive a copy. When scope changes are needed, they go into writing. The walkthrough is free and does not obligate you to sign a contract.
