Nightly Office Cleaning in Minnetonka Beach, MN
A nightly cleaning contract is a fixed-schedule service, not a call-when-needed arrangement. Your crew is assigned before the contract starts, and the same crew returns on the same nights. If something changes on our side, you hear about it in advance, not after the fact.
What a Nightly Clean Covers
The scope is written for your facility, not pulled from a generic checklist. That said, most nightly office contracts in the Lake Minnetonka area cover the following:
- All hard-surface floors swept and mopped (LVP, tile, hardwood, and concrete each treated differently)
- Carpet vacuumed in open areas and under desks where accessible
- Workstation surfaces wiped, screens left untouched unless specified
- Breakroom counters, sink, and appliance exteriors cleaned; trash removed
- Restrooms fully sanitized: toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors
- All trash and recycling emptied and liners replaced
- Entry mat shaken or vacuumed; glass entry doors wiped
Frequency Options
| Schedule | Typical fit |
|---|---|
| 5 nights per week | 25+ employees, high daily foot traffic, food service in the building |
| 3 nights per week | 10–25 employees, moderate traffic, no food prep on-site |
| 2 nights per week | Small offices under 2,500 sq ft, low occupancy |
Offices on the lake corridor that operate seasonally often run a 5-night schedule from May through August and step down to 3 nights from October through April. We write this variation into the contract so it is not a renegotiation each season.
Lakeshore-Specific Considerations
Buildings near Lake Minnetonka face two conditions that inland offices don't deal with at the same scale. In winter, road salt and sand come in through every entry point. Untreated, salt residue degrades hardwood and LVP finishes within one season. In summer, humidity from the lake accelerates mold and mildew in any space without adequate ventilation, particularly in bathrooms and breakrooms that face the water. Our crews use a dry-mop pass on salt-season nights before any wet mopping, and we flag ventilation issues in our written inspection notes rather than ignoring them.
Crew Assignment and Access
You will receive the name of your assigned crew lead before the first clean. Access arrangements—key, fob, keypad, or met-at-door—are documented in the scope and confirmed in writing. After-hours alarm procedures are handled before the contract starts. We do not share access credentials between client accounts.
