• Conference table wiped with a surface-appropriate cleaner (glass-top tables cleaned separately from laminate)
• All chairs wiped, seat and backrest, including underside edges where hands rest
• Credenzas, AV surfaces, and presentation ledges dusted
• Whiteboard erased if marked; dry-erase ledge cleared
• Projector screen surface wiped if accessible without ladder
• Windows and glass partitions cleaned to remove fingerprints
• Trash removed; floor vacuumed or swept and mopped

Breakroom Cleaning Protocol

• Countertops fully cleared and sanitized, including under small appliances
• Sink scrubbed; faucet and drain area wiped
• Coffee machine exterior cleaned; drip tray emptied
• Microwave interior and exterior cleaned
• Refrigerator exterior wiped; handle sanitized
• Table and chairs cleaned
• Floor swept and mopped
• Trash removed and liner replaced

Refrigerator interior cleaning is available as an add-on with a set schedule (typically the last Thursday of each month). It requires a posted notice for staff and an agreed discard policy in the scope.
