What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Minnetonka Beach
Every commercial cleaning relationship has the same failure point: a scope that exists in someone's head but not on paper. When the crew changes, the scope disappears. When the client changes, the expectations change. Our process exists to prevent that.
Walkthrough
We walk the facility with you. This takes 20–30 minutes for most offices. We note floor types, restroom count, access points, product restrictions, and anything specific to the building. We do not quote without a walkthrough.
Written Scope and Quote
Within two business days, you receive a written scope and fixed monthly quote. The scope names every task, the cleaning method for each floor type, the products used or excluded, the schedule, and the access procedure. Nothing in the scope is approximate.
Crew Assignment
Before the contract starts, you receive the name and contact information of your assigned crew lead. You will deal with the same person consistently. If the crew lead changes, we notify you in advance.
First Clean
The first clean follows the written scope. We do not treat it as a trial; we treat it as the standard. If the scope needs adjustment based on conditions discovered during the first clean, we discuss it with you before changing anything.
30-Day Check-In
After the first month, we contact you to confirm that the scope is working as intended and that no adjustments are needed. This is a structured check-in, not a sales call. If you have feedback, we act on it in writing.
Response Time Commitment
If you contact us during business hours with an issue, you receive a response the same day. If you contact us outside business hours, you receive a response the next business day. We do not have a 24/7 line and do not promise one. The quote form and email are monitored on the same schedule as the phone.
Scope Changes
Scope changes happen: you move to a new floor, bring on more staff, start using a new conference room more heavily. Any scope change goes into writing before it is implemented. We do not start doing more work and bill you for it without a written amendment. We also do not drop tasks without telling you.
